Orders take approximately 1 – 2 business days average to process.

Shipping Time and Price

Depending on your location and product(s) ordered, shipping time and price varies. Standard shipping usually ranges from USD $0.00 - $2.99. Please note that due to restrictions that have arisen due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be slower. However, we have warehouses worldwide and we will use the warehouse most suitable to your location for the quickest delivery. For most deliveries, shipping approximately takes 7 – 10 business days average (excluding processing time). On checkout, estimated shipping time (excluding processing time), shipping method(s) and price(s) will be stated. Some countries will also have multiple options to select from.

As each country has its own importing policies, FreeTheLace is not responsible for any delays caused by the country’s laws.

Processing Confirmation & Order Tracking

A processing confirmation email will be sent once your order is being processed. Please note that processing can take between 1 – 2 business days average. Please also note that your tracking number will therefore be active upon being dispatched and once the courier has accepted the shipping information.   

Shipping Methods

There are a variety of methods we use to ship as we select the best courier(s) for your country. These may include: USPS, DHL, AUSPOST, Royal Mail, Canada Post and New Zealand Post.

Refusing Orders & Attempted Delivery

Refusing an order or not taking the steps to obtain your shipment after attempted delivery at your selected shipping address will result in your full responsibility for the original shipping charges, import fees, and the cost on returning the product to FreeTheLace. This will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee (2.9% of your total order (that includes shipping) + USD $0.30) will also be deducted from your refund. Please note that if you have paid by PayPal, PayPal fees will also not be refunded.

Unsuccessful Attempted Delivery

FreeTheLace will not offer a refund or free replacement if your order was unsuccessful in delivery and is not returned back to FreeTheLace. Shipping fees will also not be refunded. This will be the customer's full responsibility and includes but not limited to:

• An address given that was incorrect, insufficient or incomplete
• An email address and/or phone number that was incorrect, insufficient or incomplete (FreeTheLace will also not be responsible for any extra fees charged by the shipping carrier because they were unable to contact the recipient)
• If multiple delivery attempts were made but the recipient was not able to receive their order
• If a delivery was attempted but the recipient was not known at the given address
• Refused by the recipient
• Unclaimed at the post office
  
  

Please also note that if your order has been successfully delivered with evidence provided and you have claimed that you have not received your package, FreeTheLace is not responsible for this nor will provide a refund or free replacement.

Tax

Majority of the time our customers are not charged for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). In some cases, a selection of countries may enforce a fee (e.g. Italy, Germany, UK) in accordance with their laws. As such, FreeTheLace is not responsible for any fees, duties or VAT that is added to your order.
